Managed IT services provider Dataprise, a portfolio company of Trinity Hunt Partners, has acquired Hooks Systems, an IT service provider, for an undisclosed sum. The deal will expand Dataprise's reach on the East Coast and add cybersecurity services to its portfolio.

Dataprise, which also provides cybersecurity services, says the acquisition will expand its presence on the East Coast and enhance the service offerings to Hooks Systems' clients with advanced IT and cybersecurity services.
Dataprise is part of the Trinity Hunt Partners portfolio. The company previously acquired Cohere Cyber Secure, a security-first managed services provider headquartered in September 2023. More recently, it bought IT services and solutions provider PEI in November 2023.
