Dell Pushes AI Factory Toward Enterprise Deployment

Dell Technologies has expanded its Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA with new tools for agentic AI, enterprise data, AI infrastructure and partner solutions. The main message is simple: companies are interested in AI, but many are still struggling to move from pilots to real use. Dell is trying to make that easier by helping businesses run AI on infrastructure they control, using data that stays closer to their own environment.

One of the main updates is Dell Deskside Agentic AI. It lets teams build and run AI agents locally on Dell workstations with NVIDIA technology. This is useful for companies that deal with sensitive data, such as those in regulated industries, research or software development. Instead of relying only on public cloud AI services, these teams can run agentic AI closer to where the data already lives.

Dell is also focusing on the data problem behind AI. Many companies have large amounts of data, but it is often scattered, hard to search and not ready for AI use. Dell’s updates to its AI Data Platform are meant to help companies find, organize and prepare that data so AI tools can actually use it. This matters because AI projects often fail when the data foundation is weak.

The announcement also includes new AI infrastructure and partnerships with companies such as Google, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Palantir, ServiceNow and others. For enterprises, this gives them more ways to build and run AI in their own environments. For partners and service providers, it opens up work around AI deployment, data preparation, infrastructure setup and ongoing support. The bigger point is that enterprise AI is becoming less about experimenting with tools and more about making AI work inside real business systems.
