Increasingly severe cybersecurity threats against the banking industry prompted OneSpan, a U.S. electronic signature and cloud authentication cybersecurity firm, to unveil the new VISION FX transaction security service with enhanced defenses against phishing and account hijacking attacks, SiliconAngle reports.
Both OneSpan's CRONTO transaction signaling and FIDO 2 technologies have been integrated into VISION FX to allow more secure passwordless logins while remaining user-friendly, according to OneSpan.
The company has also introduced its latest phishing-resistant digital authenticator DIGIPASS FX7 that has been touted to curb account takeover and social engineering intrusions.
