ActZero, a cybersecurity firm for small and medium-sized businesses, has announced its new Managed Service Provider (MSP) Partner Program.
The program is designed to provide MSPs with the capability to deliver ActZero's cybersecurity services to their customers, according to the company.
The program includes ActZero's Managed Detection & Response (MDR) service, which comprises its patented AI technology, threat-hunting teams, and continuous protection across endpoints, mobile devices, networks, identity systems, cloud services, and email accounts, all within one service contract.
A feature of this program allows MSPs to offer the ActZero MDR service and maintain the customer relationship from the initial sale to service delivery. This is expected to streamline operations, reduce interaction points, and simplify license distribution, according to ActZero.
The program also introduces flexible pricing options, including volume pricing and pay-as-you-go models.
