Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) has joined forces with Nuvola Distribution to introduce the Alcatel-Lucent Rainbow Hub, a cloud-based communications platform, to the UK market.
Nuvola, known for its tech distribution, will be distributing the Unified-Communications-as-a-Service (UCaaS) platform that integrates ALE's popular UC and PBX solutions.
The Rainbow Hub communication platform lets businesses use phone services without needing physical phone systems on their premises. This means they don't have to worry about maintaining or updating those systems on-site.

ALE-Nuvola Partnership: Background
This partnership follows ALE's previous alliance with RingCentral that ended in March, leading to the launch of Rainbow Hub in July. ALE's Rainbow Hub focuses on providing end-to-end encrypted cloud-based solutions, accessible across platforms including iOS, Android, PC, Mac, and the web.
Nuvola's long-standing relationship with ALE spans across various products, encompassing voice, networking, and wireless solutions. Nuvola also partners with other industry leaders such as 8×8 Aver, RingCentral, Poly, and Zoom.
Additionally, ALE recently launched Rainbow Telephony for Microsoft Teams connector, an enhancement that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, offering features like call management, conferencing, and call barring. This ensures a smooth transition to cloud telephony without disruptions, promoting user flexibility and efficiency.
