Auvik, a cloud-based network management software provider, and Jenne Inc., a leading technology solutions distributor and cloud services broker, have announced a partnership.
The alliance is set to deliver enhanced network management and SaaS monitoring solutions to value-added resellers, managed service providers, integrators, and telephony service providers, with a focus on small to medium-sized enterprises, the companies said.
With its cloud-based IT monitoring and management tools, Auvik’s platform is designed to streamline the tasks of MSPs, providing them with comprehensive network visibility, and allowing for effective device detection and performance issue management.

Solutions and Offerings
A key challenge for MSPs is managing and monitoring complex networks remotely. Auvik's solution is designed to address this, enabling swift setup of network monitoring and management.
With this partnership, Jenne's sales partners will have access to various revenue streams. Offerings can be integrated with professional services or presented as part of managed services.
These offerings include:
- Network Management: Auvik's system proactively addresses network issues and provides over 50 customized alerts.
- SaaS Monitoring: Aimed at IT professionals, this tool focuses on enhanced security, operational efficiency, and cost management as reliance on SaaS grows.
- Network Assessments and Professional Services: This feature offers resellers the chance to expand revenue opportunities while giving clients a thorough insight into their network's status.
Auvik’s Growth
Auvik announced a new CEO in November 2022, with Douglas Murray succeeding co-founder Marc Morin for the position.
Prior to that, private equity firm Great Hill Partners acquired a majority strake in Auvik in July 2021. Auvik has also been on the acquisition trail. Key M&A deals include:
- October 2022: Acquiring Saaslio and Boardgent for SaaS application discovery and remote desktop management capabilities, respectively.
- April 2022: WiFi management software provider MetaGeek.
