Custom Computer Specialists (CCS) has acquired Clarity Technology Group (“Clarity”). The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

CCS and Clarity Join Forces

This follows CCS's recent acquisition of Net Activity, underscoring the company's ongoing expansion efforts.

The deal results in a combined workforce of over 400 technology professionals, enhancing the range of services offered to clients in various industries across the East Coast, according to CSS. 

Clarity adds to CCS's capabilities in Cloud and Communications services, particularly in the Healthcare, Biotech, Defense, and Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sectors.
