Gemspring Acquires Inflow: Unified Vision for Enhanced Customer Experience
The merger will see the integration of InflowCX's customer experience and contact center solutions with Amplix's technology advisory services and software. The companies share a foundation in technical expertise and relationships to ensure optimal outcomes for clients, according to Gemspring.
The merged entity will maintain its headquarters in Norwood, MA and will be spearheaded by Amplix CEO Joe DeStefano. Spanning various industry verticals, the company will cater to over 3,500 clients and have employees across more than 20 states and Canada.
Additionally, InflowCX's CEO, Ken Smith, will join the Amplix Board of Directors while Adam Rennert, President of InflowCX, will spearhead the company's Customer Experience practice.
