GTT Communications, Inc., a global provider of managed network and security services, has announced significant additions to its senior leadership team.
Fletcher Keister joins as the company's first chief product and technology officer, while Valerie Green steps in as the new general counsel.
Additionally, George Kuzmanovski has been appointed as the chief operating officer, a role he has served in an interim capacity for the past year. These appointments follow the recent announcement of Ed Morche as GTT’s new CEO.

Staffing Additions
Fletcher Keister, as the first-ever chief product and technology officer for GTT, will spearhead the company’s technology strategy and innovation across product, systems, information technology, and security.
Keister's background includes more than two decades in the industry, with prior roles in MCI, Level 3, CenturyLink, and Lumen, where he held various leadership positions in commercial operations, finance, and business transformation.
Valerie Green will be responsible for legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices.
Green's experience includes serving as the executive vice president and chief legal officer at Ligado Networks, and she has a background in law practice and advisory roles at the White House.
George Kuzmanovski, as GTT's chief operating officer, will lead global provisioning, engineering, service delivery, field operations, access management, and service assurance teams.
With over 25 years in telecom, Kuzmanovski's experience encompasses strategy, operations, construction, and IT. He previously served as GTT’s senior vice president for Global Service Delivery.
