IT Managed Service Provider Integris has officially announced the appointment of Glenn Mathis as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mathis, who previously held various leadership roles at All Covered, is set to play a pivotal role in driving Integris' operational growth and enhancing service delivery across the United States, the company said.
Glenn Mathis' appointment as COO of Integris follows a long tenure at All Covered, a trans-national MSP now under Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA. His career at All Covered included a variety of roles, from senior sales positions to business strategy roles, and culminating in managing their global client services and MSP division.
His role involved oversight of a large team and a substantial number of IT managed service clients, Integris pointed out.
