SoftwareOne’s areas of expertise include Technology Advisory Services, Software Licensing Solutions, Software Asset Management, Managed Services for Software Procurement, PyraCloud, AzureSimple, Managed Backup, Managed Cloud, Managed Security, Digital Supply Chain, Cloud Spend Management, among others.
Novis Euforia, founded in 2019, is based in Madrid, Spain. The company has 35 employees listed on LinkedIn. Novis Euforia’s areas of expertise include SAP technology services, cloud transformation, and SAP S/4HANA conversion.
Enhanced Capabilities
This move aims to extend SoftwareOne's capabilities in migrating and converting SAP environments to SAP S/4HANA and the cloud, with a particular focus on the European market, the company said.
With the completion of this transaction, the team of 35 professionals from Novis Euforia will integrate into SoftwareOne’s SAP practice. SoftwareOne operates across 30 countries and is known for its SAP workloads and cloud services. The company has more than 500 SAP and cloud-certified consultants and over 15 years of experience, focusing on SAP S/4HANA advisory, conversion, implementation, and managed services.

SoftwareOne’s M&A Growth
SoftwareOne is no stranger to M&A, having acquired a number of companies since at least 2018 whenn the company bought IT services provider Comparex and a France-based MSP called ISI Expert. In 2019, the company acquired Melbourne, Australia-based BNW Consulting and in 2020 fully acquired InterGrupo; buying the remaining 40 percent of the company following an initial investment in 2019.
In 2021, SoftwareOne acquired HeleCloud, an AWS Managed Service Provider Partner, as well as Google cloud services provider Intelligence Partner to support customers on their journeys to the cloud. In 2022, the company bought Microsoft Gold Partner and Azure solutions provider Predic.
In 2023, SoftwareOne acquired ServiceNow partner Beniva Consulting Group for an undisclosed amount.
