MSPs continue to expand into public cloud markets, and platform providers such as AWS, GCP and Microsoft Azure continue to expand their MSP partner programs. Cloud services have become the de-facto standard for managing hybrid workforces during the coronavirus pandemic. Whether the pandemic subsides or re-intensifies, MSPs realize end-customer demand for anywhere, anytime application access is now permanent. Managed cloud services are the least complicated, must efficient way to fulfill such customer demand.
