New Relic CEO Lew Cirne: Our Value to MSPs

New Relic (NEWR) CEO Lew Cirne is expanding his company from application performance monitoring (APM) to infrastructure monitoring. Plus, New Relic has launched simplified alerting capabilities that could bolster how users track, pinpoint and troubleshoot problems.

But what does all that mean to MSPs? In the ChannelE2E video below, captured today at New Relic FutureStack 2016 San Francisco, Cirne described how New Relic works with MSPs -- and what it means for the MSP-end customer engagement.

PS: Sorry about a bit of background noise. Roughly 1,000 New Relic customers and partners were navigating the conference during our discussion.

How many partners? Roughly 160 MSPs, digital agencies, IT consultants and OEM companies attended a New Relic partner conference ahead of FutureStack yesterday. Will share more thoughts from Channel Chief John Gray soon.
