John Colgan

John Colgan founded Solgari in 2012 with a mission to deliver a customer engagement platform that would provide a fully integrated solution across all channels and functions, giving customers a single 360-degree view of all their customer conversations. Today, not only is this vision a reality, but it sits right at the heart of the Microsoft Teams and Generative AI revolution by delivering this capability natively on the Microsoft Cloud to customers and partners in 46 countries. John is a serial entrepreneur, having set up and sold a number of successful companies, including the buyout of Texas Instruments Ireland and the subsequent sale to Level 1 Communications in the U.S. John is the driving force behind the app that turns Microsoft Teams in the world’s best customer engagement platform.
