Vector Choice Expands, Acquires High Standards Technology, Inc.

IT managed services provider Vector Choice is expanding its operations across Houston, Texas and acquiring High Standards Technology, Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

High Standards Technology, founded in 2002, is based in Houston, Texas. The company has 11 employees listed on LinkedIn. The HST office will relocate to 100 Glenborough Drive, Suite 429A, Houston, TX, 77060, and will offer Vector Choice's highly rated IT security and compliance services to clients across the southeastern and south-central sections of the Lone Star state, according to a statement from the company.

Vector Choice's acquisition of HST and its expansion into the Houston market is a sign of the growing importance of cybersecurity and compliance in the business world, the company said. The acquisition and expansion will allow the company to better serve businesses in Houston and defend against cyber attacks and data breaches, handle increased regulatory requirements provide guidance with compliance challenges, Vector Choice said in the statement.

Vector Choice's M&A Activity

Vector Choice and Bazar Solutions recently announced a merger between their two IT managed services companies. This gives the new company, Vector Choice Technologies, LLC, an increasing presence in Texas, including a larger technical support staff and client services team, the companies said.
