36. December 2022: Nexer Group acquired Rangeline Solutions.
35. November 2022: Node4 acquired Tisski.
34. October 2022: Sourcepass acquired Infinity Computer Systems.
33. October 2022: Avanade acquired eLogic.
32. August 2022: sa.global acquired the Microsoft Dynamics business units from DXC Technology.
31. April 2022: Advania, backed by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking, acquired Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner Azzure IT Ltd.
30. April 2022: Velosio acquired Silverware Inc., a Microsoft partner focused on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
29. March 2022: Telefónica Tech acquired Incremental, a Microsoft Dynamics cloud partner that has reach into the United Kingdom and Ireland. The deal is worth up to £175 million (around €209 million or US$230 million).
28. November 2021: Enavate, a Microsoft Gold Partner, acquired the U.S.-based Microsoft Dynamics SMB business unit from Columbus.
27. October 2021: Enavate acquired the Microsoft Dynamics SMB business unit from Columbus.
26. October 2021: Sikich acquired PA Group USA, a Microsoft Dynamics partner that deploys ERP and CRM applications for manufacturing customers.
25. October 2021: Avanade acquired Quantiq, a Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure cloud partner.
24. October 2021: Sylogist acquired The Pavlik Group, a Microsoft Dynamics development, implementation & MSP services provider for public sector entities & member associations.
23. August 2021: Accenture acquired Blue Horseshoe, a supply chain consultant.
22. July 2021: Node4 acquired by TNP.
21. July 2021: Microsoft acquired Suplari to tuck spend-management capabilities into Dynamics 365.
20. July 2021: Capgemini acquired Empired Ltd, a Microsoft Azure & Dynamics 365 cloud partner. The deal valuation is 1.25 times Empired’s annual turnover.
19. December 2020: Velosio, backed by private equity firm Harren Equity Partners, has acquired BroadPoint, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
18. August 2020: HSO, a Microsoft-focused global technology services firm, acquired AKA Enterprise Solutions, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner from New York City.
17. July 2020: Private equity firm Riordan, Lewis & Haden (RLH) invested in MCA Connect, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud consulting partner. Deal emerges before Microsoft Inspire 2020 virtual partner conference.
16. May 2020: Tech-Keys, backed by MSP investor Evergreen Services Group, acquired Beringer Technology Group, an IT service provider with Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise.
15. April 2020: Accounting firm and business consultancy Wipfli acquired Microsoft Dynamics cloud partner Tidestone Solutions.
14. January 2020: The LBMC-InterDyn Artis merger created top-four Microsoft Dynamics ERP partner & top-four Sage Intacct partner in United States.
13. November 2019: Eastbank Solutions, a managed service provider (MSP), acquired Artifex Partners for Microsoft Dynamics ERP (enterprise resource planning) application expertise.
12. September 2019: Avanade, the Microsoft-focused IT consulting giant backed by Accenture, acquired Alnamic AG.
11. June 2019: Avtex acquired peer Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud partner NuSoft.
10. March 2019: Private equity firm Harren Equity Partners invested in Velosio, a Dynamics, Office 365, Azure & Oracle NetSuite cloud business partner for ERP & CRM applications.
9. January 2019: DXC Technology acquired a business unit of EG A/S.
8. July 2018: Synoptek acquired Indusa.
7. June 2018: SHEA Solutions acquired TGO Consulting. The combined companies have ERP, business intelligence, cloud and consulting services that extend across multiple countries.
6. April 2018: KPMG acquired Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud integrator and gold partner Adoxio Business Solutions.
5. June 2017: DXC acquired of Tribridge.
4. January 2017: Datavail acquired Dynamics CRM and SharePoint partner Navantis. Datavail is an MSP focused on database management services.
3. January 2017: Columbus Global acquired Tridea.
2. December 2016: Columbus Global acquired Cambridge Online Systems.
