MSP Merger: Green House Data, Microsoft Azure Cloud Partner Combine Businesses

Cloud-centric MSP Green House Data is merging with Infront Consulting Group, a Microsoft Azure and applications partner.

Green House Data offers cloud hosting, managed IaaS, hybrid IT, and application-aware infrastructure. Infront specializes in Microsoft application and Microsoft Azure solution design, automation, and deployment. Though the company says both entities will continue to operate under their respective brands.

According to Green House Data CEO Shawn Mills, the two companies’ philosophy on customer enablement matched up. “We’ve always taken a consultative approach with our clients, and this relationship with Infront helps us to further codify our position, as well as create more value to our enterprise customers,” he said.

Whether they’re moving away from legacy applications and infrastructure, going all-in with cloud, managing Azure workloads, or working with a hybrid model, the companies say the partnership will form a central vendor to help organizations simplify compute resources, receive efficiently delivered consulting services, and optimize end-to-end application delivery.

Green House Data has been expanding its operations of late. In March of this year, the company added Azure management to its existing private managed clouds, traditional colocation, and managed services. In April of last year, the company merged with fellow VMware partner Cirracore to scale their businesses.

Meanwhile, Infront Consulting Group, which was founded in 2001, is a Gold Managed Microsoft Partner and a multi-year winner of Microsoft’s Partner of the Year Award.
