Network Computing Solutions, a Topeka, Kansas purveyor of IT solutions, has acquired Kansas City, Missouri MSP Power On Technologies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The combined companies will support over 700 customers and 4,000 managed network devices, the company said.
Network Computing has operated for 15 years. The company positions itself as an end-to-end IT sales and service provider offering managed services, cloud services, and voice solutions. The firm also provides IT consulting, helpdesk, security, and hosting services.
Power On Technologies was founded in 1993 by Patrick Searcy. The company began as an office equipment dealer authorized by Kyocera to sell Copystar. Eventually, Power On evolved to offer managed IT services and ala carte offerings across the network, computer, and server support, cloud backup services, and VoIP equipment and services.
The combined companies will support over 700 customers and 4,000 managed network devices, the company said.
