NuMSP has announced its tenth MSP acquisition with the purchase of AZBS, a Chicago-based full-service MSP that serves SMBs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Commenting on the deal, NuMSP CEO Jim Griffith said:

NuMSP: Limited Business Details Revealed
NuMSP has proven itself to be an active player in the MSP M&A sphere as it works to build a nationwide network that offers Fortune 500-class IT services to SMB customers. To this point, however, the company has not disclosed its headcount figures nor its funding sources.
The company most recently acquired a Boise, Idaho branch location from Corporate Technologies in March 2019. Previous deals included, among others, Sacramento, California’s Salient IT, Ultimate Technical Solutions Inc (UTSI) of New Orleans, Louisiana, and Network Medics, an MSP in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota.
