Simplus of Salt Lake City, Utah, is backed by Kensington-SV Global Innovations (KSV) and several other investors. The Clout deal provides Simplus with a deeper footprint in the European market.

Clout is headquartered in London, with a branch office in Dublin, Ireland. The acquired business has 15 employees, and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Conga.
