Coreio Inc has acquired Tony Grice & Associates (TGA), a Canadian ServiceNow partner. Financial terms were not disclosed.

TGA, founded in 2004, serves such enterprise verticals as financial services, federal government divisions, leading retailers, and energy providers.

Coreio also offers ServiceNow solutions along with onsite IT support, data center and networking services.

In a prepared statement describing the deal, Coreio President and CEO David Naiman said:

"The TGA acquisition further expands Coreio's commitment to the ServiceNow ecosystem across the Sales, Services, Technology and Training segments as we are able to leverage the expertise of additional seasoned IT service management professionals with a broad range of credentials and superb experience."

ServiceNow Partner Acquisitions

As ServiceNow emerges as a de facto standard for enterprise IT service management software, partners within the ServiceNow ecosystem have been acquiring one another.

For example:

  • DXC Technology bought TESM and BusinessNow, two ServiceNow providers, in November 2018.
  • Champion Solutions bought SystemiC, a consulting and development company, in October 2018.
Computacenter bought out Team Ultra in April 2017.
  • And in Accenture bought Solid Servicision in January 2017.
  • For its part, ServiceNow has been bolstering its third-party consultant training program to help support its ITSM platform.
