Fisher’s Technology Acquires Terrell’s Office Solutions

Fisher’s Technology has acquired  Terrell’s Office Solutions to continue the firm's expansion within central and eastern Montana. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fisher's Technology Acquires Terrell's Office Solutions

Fisher’s Technology is an 86-year-old company originally from Boise, Idaho. The company has more than 170 employees across four locations in Idaho, six locations in Montana including in Bozeman, Billings, Missoula, Great Falls, Helena and Butte and a location in Spokane, Washington, according to Fisher's. Fisher’s offerings in copy/print technology and also provides managed IT servicestelephone systems, and document management solutions as well as a larger portfolio in production print and managed print services.

Fisher’s and Terrell’s teams will merge at Terrell’s Bozeman, MT location and Terrell’s Billings team will be moving into Fisher’s Billings location. Terrell's CEO and president Phil Angell will remain in his leadership role for Fisher's offices in Bozeman and Billings, the companies said.

Office Equipment M&A

Office equipment dealers, multi-function printer (MFP) partners, copier resellers and managed print services (MPS) partners remain busy buying one another. Most recently, EDGE Business Systems acquired North Georgia Business Machines. In April 2022, Imagetec acquired a managed print division from ITsavvy. In October 2021, ImageOne acquired Quantum Technologies, a Xerox and HP Inc. partner. The deal united two well-known managed print services (MPS) provider companies. And in September 2021, Marco Technologies acquired Wisconsin Imaging Solutions, a copier and printer company in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
