Fulcrum IT Partners announced the introduction of SPECTRA, a new offering aimed at providing cyber risk management solutions with warranty coverage for both private and public sector clients.
This initiative is part of the company's effort to enhance business resilience by integrating managed IT services with technology solutions that come with warranty support.
Key Insights on Cyber Risk Management
Kelly Carter, chief strategy officer, Fulcrum IT Partners, commented:
“Cyber risk management and customer confidence are intertwined priorities for all growth-minded enterprises, including Fulcrum. Today’s business leaders must invest in the resilience of their organizations, which includes securing and insuring their technology infrastructure and digital footprint.”
Gareth Davies, president, Fulcrum Labs and Managed Services, said:
“Insurers increasingly focus on, and request information about, cyber security posture before offering cyber insurance quotes. Approaching insurers with security services that have been certified and warranted by a third party emphasizes the resilience of the business and increases insurability and, or lowers premiums.”
Introduction of Warranty-Backed Solutions
The company is set to debut its warranty-backed solutions under the TIEVA MSP brand on a global scale, beginning in the UK. These solutions were developed in collaboration with SPECTRA, aiming to assist businesses in managing the evolving landscape of digital threats and vulnerabilities with more assurance.
Fulcrum's new business model includes offering a 100 percent cash refund for services affected by certain cybersecurity incidents, such as ransomware and DDoS attacks, with coverage extending up to $1,000,000.
Cyber warranties will become a key part of Folcrum’s offerings, according to Davis. This approach is part of the company's strategy to provide innovative and secure solutions, he said.
