Jeff Cratty is senior director of advanced technologies at Blue Mantis, an IT services and consulting firm. He has helped establish the company’s emerging AI practice, working with customers to develop use cases and developing the managed services associated with AI for Blue Mantis. He has spent his career helping companies compete successfully through the use of technology. His work has spanned AI, public cloud, DevOps and cybersecurity.

Paul Blough is a distinguished veteran of the IT service provider industry, with a career spanning nearly four decades. He is a serial entrepreneur and is currently the CEO and Founder of Blough Tech, a nationally recognized IT service company focused on assisting small businesses in solving their technological challenges.
