Jolera Acquires ITCenter to Expand AI Services

Jolera, a leading global technology solution provider, announced today that it acquired ITCenter, a European technology services company, to strengthen Jolera’s global presence and expand its portfolio of AI-powered services and solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Jolera, founded in 2001, is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The company has 300 members listed on LinkedIn. Jolera's areas of expertise include managed IT services, helpdesk services, professional services, development services, procurement services, data protection, cloud-based solutions, cloud hosting, technical support, IT security, hardware Implementation, IT infrastructure consulting, and IT development.

ITCenter, founded in 2003, is based in Santa Maria da Feira, Aveiro, Portugal, with offices in New York City, London, UK, and Paris, France. The company has 239 associated members listed on LinkedIn. With this acquisition, Jolera gains access to ITCenter's extensive expertise in the telecommunications and carrier sector, including their AI-driven software development team, the companies said, which complements Jolera's existing AI-driven services.
