MSP M&A: ePlus Acquires Network Solutions Group From CCI Systems

ePlus has announced the acquisition of some assets of Network Solutions Group (NSG), a Cisco master services provider and a business unit of CCI Systems. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, though they are not expected to have a material impact on ePlus' fiscal year 2024 results, the company said.

ePlus is based in Herndon, Virginia. The company has over 1,700 employees listed on LinkedIn. ePlus’s areas of expertise include Data Center & Cloud Computing, Collaboration, IT Security, Infrastructure & Networking, IT Services, Managed Services, Software, IT Leasing, and Cloud.

CCI Systems is based in Iron Mountain, Michigan. The company has 877 employees listed on LinkedIn. CCI’s areas of expertise include Service Provider, Managed Services, Data Center, Cybersecurity, Fiber Splicing, Field Engineering, Consulting, Network Installation, Converged Networks, Network Engineering, Network Optimization, Carrier Networking, Network Assessments, Fiber to the Home, HFC, Routing and Switching, Peering, Network Automation, IP Addressing, Optical, and Mapping and Design.

NSG was a subsidiary of CCI. The division provides high-performance, next-generation coverage carrier infrastructure to service providers. The company specializes in routed optical and high-capacity access networks.

The acquisition will help drive ePlus’ growth with enhanced engineering, sales, and services delivery capabilities specific to the service provider industry, the company said.
