NeoNova has acquired API Digital, a rural broadband solutions provider that offers networking communications and managed IT services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
NeoNova’s 144 employees nationwide provide help desk, networking and revenue-building services to 230 rural broadband affiliates in 44 states, the companies said. API Digital and its 60 employees already serve more than 100 customers across the country, the duo added. API Digital, founded in 199, will continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of NeoNova while maintaining its headquarters in Huntsville, Ala.
“We believe strongly that by combining our two companies, we can offer our customers and other rural broadband providers better service and a broader range of solutions,” said NeoNova CEO Jason McGinnis in a prepared statement. “API Digital’s services, such as their network operations center and their call center, will add a new dimension to our capabilities, and we’re really excited to have them join us.”
We've reached out to both companies for additional details about the deal.
