Share

A judge has ordered iYogi to pay $7.3 million to Infinite Computer Solutions to resolve Infinite's lawsuit against the embattled IT services provider, according to court documents viewed by ChannelE2E. It's the third judgment in recent months against iYogi, which has been accused of unpaid bills, contract violation and more.

iYogi, based in India, offers remote IT support services to more than 3 million customers across 11 countries, the company's website indicates.

The suits allege everything from breach of contract to IT support sales scams. iYogi in December 2015 said the State of Washington lawsuit was without merit, but has since gone silent about the suits.

In some of the suits, iYogi's own attorneys have resigned from the cases because the India-based IT service provider has failed to reply to court deadlines in a timely manner.

Among the other recent court decisions:

It's unclear whether iYogi intends to appeal the cases. ChannelE2E has reached out to iYogi for comment.
