CMI has acquired Solsis Ltd., a managed services provider (MSP) that supports about 2,500 end-users around the south of England, including London, according to The Irish News.
The acquisition doubles CMI's mainland staff, and there are plans to increase local headcount by another 20 percent according to the report. Actual headcount figures were not disclosed. CMI first entered the UK market via a 2014 acquisition.
And frankly: That's all we know about the deal right now. We've reached out to CMI for additional info.
