AWS subscribers can acquire Instana to manage their AWS applications and infrastructure through their AWS account.

5. Small Business Lending: Lenderfit has launched a beta test that connects financial institutions and small business lending firms, this report says.

4. Private Equity - Printer Buyout: Siris Capital Group has acquired Electronics for Imaging Inc. for $1.7 billion in cash.

3. M&A - Database Management Tools: Quest Software has acquired ApexSQL, a provider of SQL Server development tools. The deal strengthens  Quest's portfolio of tools that can securely automate the management, movement, and performance of SQL Server database infrastructures, the company asserts.
