Microsoft Partner Blue Line Technologies Acquires MSP Division Of Converged Communications

Microsoft partner Blue Line Technologies, a Top 100 Vertical Market MSP, has acquired the Managed Services Operations Division of Converged Communications Technologies, a voice and data center cabling services provider from Concord, North Carolina. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Blue Line was founded in 2013 in Charlotte, North Carolina. This company provides technology services to mid-sized clients throughout the SouthEastern United States. In addition to the company’s Windows expertise, it also provides support for Apple.

Blue Line had 15 employees prior to the acquisition, and added four to its team, the company confirmed to ChannelE2E. Blue Line says it plans to have 20 full-time employees by mid-August.

The acquisition will grow Blue Line’s client base while expanding its geographical footprint, the company said.

Founded in 2007, Converge Communications says it will continue to focus on its core voice and data center business. Blue Line will take over the IT support services for existing and future clients of Converge, the companies said.
