MSP Merger: ESW, ITnorth Extend from SMB to Enterprise Customers

E.S. Williams & Associates Inc. (ESW) and ITnorth have confirmed their merger, combining their IT service provider businesses to focus more aggressively on Western Canada. Key locations include Victoria, Grande Prairie, Fort St. John, Edmonton, and Calgary.

ESW, founded around 1998, offers enterprise IT and print services. ITnorth, launched in 2003, offers managed IT services to small and midsize business customers. Together, the combined companies believe they can offer end-to-end IT services across small, midsize and enterprise accounts.

I believe the combined companies will be known as ESW, with ITnorth's brand becoming a division of the business. ChannelE2E is double-checking that item. Also, we're reaching out to ESW and ITnorth for more information about headcount, market specialties and key priorities (both short- and long-term).

Special thanks to Ulistic, which specializes in MSP marketing and sales enablement services, for pointing out the M&A deal to ChannelE2E.
