NetAccess Systems Inc. (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada) has acquired Sunpark Consulting Group (aka Network Partners), a Kitchener-based IT consulting firm.
NetAccess, founded in 1993, specializes in professional IT services, connectivity, digital phone, hosting and security. The company has roughly 25 employees. Key partners include Motorola and Bell.
Network Partners, meanwhile, is a backup and business continuity specialist. President Richard Mash has joined NetAccess as manager of professional services.
NetAccess, led by CEO Dan Nedoborski, is an M&A veteran.The company acquired Clear Advantage Solutions in 2009 to provide digital phone systems and fiber-grade Motorola broadband wireless services.
