Irving, Texas-based digital technology company Ksquare has acquired Salesforce partner Great Wave Tech of San Francisco. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2004, Great Wave Tech is a professional services firm providing software as a service (SaaS), with a focus on Salesforce and its partner ecosystem.
Dirgesh Patel, CEO, Ksquare, commented on the deal:
"Ksquare's acquisition of Great Wave allows us to continue our strategic movement into the salesforce.com ecosystem, a move bolstered by the backing of our digital transformation infrastructure, currently operating in the US, Mexico, the Dominican Republic and India.”
All of Great Wave’s assets, employees, and customers will be merged into Ksquare, the company said.Great Wave Tech’s Glenn Kohner will also join Ksquare as a Certified Technical Architect.
Kohner also commented on the news:

Ksquare was founded in 2009. The company is headquartered in Irving, but has offices in Merida, Mexico City, and in Hyderabad, India.
