Bellevue, Washington’s Inspirage has acquired Vertical Edge Consulting Group, a Business Intelligence (BI) firm and fellow Oracle partner. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Inspirage, a supply chain management consulting firm, says the acquisition bolsters its Oracle ERP Cloud applications expertise. Inspirage also provides product lifecycle management and logistics management implementation services.
Vertical Edge, headquartered in Tampa, Florida, has additional offices in Indianapolis, Indiana; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Mason, Ohio. In addition to the firm’s full-service Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) services, it also provides Business Intelligence(BI) consulting.
John Conlee, who founded Vertical Edge and served as CEO, transitions to senior VP, Global EPM at Inspirage, according to his LinkedIn page.
