Rouse Consulting Group, a Moline, Illinois-based managed IT services provider (MSP), has acquired DCS Computer Services, an MSP from Davenport, Iowa. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
DCS Computer Services, founded in 1985, focuses on BDR (Business Development Representative), Outsourced IT, Cloud Computing, Technical Support, Hosted Desktops, Mobile Computing, Server Solutions, Networking, Data Security, Data Recovery, and Virus and Malware Protection.
DCS was owned and operated by Tracy Skaggs and Steve Verhille. Skaggs will join the Rouse Consulting Group management team and Verhille will retire.
Employment offers have been made to all DCS employees, the company said, who will relocate to RCG’s Moline headquarters. There will be a 30 to 45-day transition period as the DCS employees relocate and get acclimated to the RCG culture, with all operational aspects to be merged within three to six months, the company also said.
