Pleasanton, California-based solutions provider A5 Corp has acquired Toronto-based Salesforce consulting partner Cloudware Connections for an undisclosed sum. Tequity, a frequent advisor on Salesforce partner acquisitions, assisted Cloudware on the transaction.
The acquisition gives A5 added financial services, healthcare & life sciences, and billing expertise, the company said. It will also allow the company to expand into Canada.

A5’s current offerings include Configure Price Quote (CPQ) & billing, service cloud, field service lightning, sales cloud, and Mulesoft integration solutions. A5 says its customers can look forward to enhanced industry solutions while Cloudware Connections’ customers will gain access to more implementation expertise within all Salesforce Clouds.
