Lincolnshire, Illinois-based Alight Solutions has acquired Adaptive Insights implementation partner Carlson Management Consulting.
Carlson provides system implementation, optimizations, and integrations for cloud based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems.
The company has more than 40 employees and over 350 active customers, as well as dozens of offices in seven different countries. Carlson also delivers value-added consulting and outsourced services to organizations of varying sizes throughout many industries.
Carlson is a platinum Adaptive Insights partner, a cloud-based budgeting, planning, and business analytics solution. Carlson was recently awarded Adaptive Insight’s Partner Excellence, Americas award and Global Partner of the Year.
Carlson will hold on to its DataBlend business, a cloud-based integration platform to help companies integrate their external data with Adaptive Insights’ tools.
Alight Solutions will combine Carlson’s technology with its own human capital solutions. The company provides benefits administration, cloud-based HR, and financial solutions.
