In a deal designed to boost the buyer's digital transformation capabilities, global IT services company Capgemini is acquiring Australian-based WhiteSky Labs. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2009, WhiteSky is a MuleSoft consultancy and headquartered in Sydney with operations in New Zealand, the Philippines, and Singapore. The company’s 150-plus employees will join Capgemini, the firm said.
WhiteSky’s clients include 7-Eleven, Qantas, Energy Australia, and more. Client projects involve full-stack consulting services on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, managed support services, license management, and training services, the company says.

In November 2019, WhiteSky received an investment from Salesforce Ventures in order to bolster its footprint in Asia-Pacific and help grow in Europe and North America. Capgemini is also a Salesforce partner and one of the cloud-based CRM’s fastest-growing associates in both Australia and APAC, according to Charles Woodall, SVP Alliances & Channels, Salesforce APAC.
