MSP Acquires Oracle, Microsoft ERP Partner: CentriLogic Buys ManageForce

Canadian MSP and data center provider CentriLogic has acquired Oracle and Microsoft ERP application software partner ManageForce. Financial terms were not disclosed.

CentriLogic, backed by private equity firms TriSpan Opportunities Fund and Long Point Capital since 2018, offers advisory, cloud, application management and infrastructure services. The company has offices in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

ManageForce, founded in 2005, is a cloud, ERP, and data solutions provider that supports such Oracle platforms as JD Edwards and NetSuite, plus various database management systems (DBMS). The company focuses on mid-market and enterprise accounts. ManageForce has offices in Chicago, Illinois; Boston, Massachusetts; and Portland, Oregon.

In a prepared statement about the deal, CentriLogic CEO Robert Offley said:

“As we continue to help customers with IT transformation efforts, we understand the importance of being able to deliver a full-stack solution that extends from the application through to infrastructure and ongoing management. ManageForce’s complementary services will allow us to broaden our capabilities and better fulfill the increasing demand we are seeing from new and existing customers worldwide.”

Added John Hughes, president of ManageForce:

“ManageForce and CentriLogic share a similar culture and vision for helping customers simplify complex IT challenges. The transformative combination of our two companies holds great potential to help our global customers reach their business objectives faster and more effectively in the digital era.”

The entire ManageForce team will stay with the combined company, though headcount figures were not disclosed.

CentriLogic: Acquisitions and Evolution

CentriLogic has M&A experience. The company in 2015 acquired acquired Advanced Knowledge Networks (AKN), a Canadian MSP that serves midmarket customers.

CentriLogic until at least June 2018 positioned itself as a global provider of managed IT solutions. The company now promotes itself as a global provider of IT transformation solutions.
