Compudyne Acquires Data Network Group (DNG)

Compudyne has acquired Data Network Group (DNG), a managed IT services provider (MSP) in Boulder, Colorado. Financial terms were not disclosed.

DNG, founded in 1997, offers IT help desk, cloud services, IT security, VoIP, consulting and related services.

Compudyne, founded 30 years ago, focuses on such vertical markets as financial services, legal services, engineering and architecture. Post-deal, the combined company has more than 100 employees across six offices, serving small, midsize and enterprise companies.

Compudyne strategic partners include Cisco Systems, Microsoft, HP Inc., HP Enterprise and VMware.

In a prepared statement, Compudyne President and CTO John Marinac said:
