ConnectWise has quietly acquired HashInclude Computech, a cloud-centric software development company with expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and other third-party services, ChannelE2E has confirmed.
When ChannelE2E inquired about the deal, ConnectWise CEO Arnie Bellini responded: "We did acquire HashInclude recently. They work on Unite and several other products. They are great and we are happy to have them merge with us!"
HashInclude should help ConnectWise on a range of software development fronts -- including business management, automation, cloud and security software offerings, ChannelE2E believes. The deal involved HashInclude CompuTech's business division, and was valued at $3 million, according to a report from India. ChannelE2E has not independently confirmed that figure.
ConnectWise Unite
Ahead of the deal, HashInclude helped to develop ConnectWise Unite -- which allows MSPs and technology solutions providers to bill, manage and monitor such platforms as AWS, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure, and Cisco solutions including Meraki, Stealthwatch Cloud, Webex Teams, and Umbrella.
HashInclude CompuTech also has expertise in such areas as:
- The Internet of Things: The company's IoT projects have involved Smart Security, Automatic Teller Machine Security, Remote Control, Home Automation and Optimal Power Usage Lights.
- Business Process Automation (BPA): This includes code to help automate sales, management, operations, supply chain, human resources and IT departments.
HashInclude Computech has offices in Bangalore & Mumbai India. The company has roughly 40 team members with expertise in software development, hardware prototyping and Go-To-Market capabilities across such markets as India, the Middle East, South East Asia and the United States, according to the firm's website.
