Globant has acquired Salesforce partner Navint for an undisclosed sum.
This is technology M&A deal number 736 that ChannelE2E has covered so far in 2021.
Navint is a Lead-to-Revenue Salesforce partner that claims to augment organizations’ internal capabilities through business processes, tools and technologies across the company’s life cycle, including sales, service, finance and delivery.
Navint works with a number of industries including banking, wellness, entertainment, SaaS and high-tech and others. Headquartered in New York, the company has operations in Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver, Dallas and Pittsburgh, as well as in Europe with offices located in London, UK and Dublin, Ireland. It also operates a Lead-to-Revenue Technology Center of Excellence in Ahmedabad, India.
The acquisition and incorporation of Navint into Globant's business expands its own Salesforce Studio, the company said. Combined with the majority stake acquisition of Walmeric in July, the deal improves Globant's role in the lead-to-revenue services arena, the company claimed.
