Additional areas of expertise include Accounting SeedERP solutions, plus Advologix and Litify law firm management software. Cloud Mentor's services include data migration, data analytics and third-party integrations.
Cloud Mentor is part of iVanik, a software development and consulting firm in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
BeSpokean is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Headcount figures for the company were not disclosed. Spokean’s team includes paralegals who offer legal software implementation services.
Executive Leadership
BeSpokean will be led by the newly appointed COO Peggy Sheppard. Peggy will be working closely with Cloud Mentor COO Eric Guzy, the companies said.
