US-based digital transformation company Ness Digital Engineering has acquired CassaCloud, a Salesforce cloud consultancy from Kosice, Slovakia. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

CassaCloud will merge with Sovereign CRM, which Ness acquired in 2019. CassaCloud's expertise includes Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot. Employees from the CassaCloud headquarters have joined Ness’ office in Kosice, the company said.

Ness was founded in 1999 after a group of New York real estate investors acquired a number of Israeli IT companies. All of the acquired companies were consolidated as Ness Technologies. Private equity firm Warburg Pincus invested in the company shortly afterward.
In 2016 the company changed its name to Ness Digital Engineering. It is now headquartered in Teaneck, New Jersey. The company now has roughly 4,000 employees worldwide.
