Nashville, Tennessee-based managed IT and print services provider Novatech has acquired DynaSis, an Atlanta, Georgia-based MSP. The deal marks Novatech’s second acquisition in the region, sixth within the last two years, and fourteenth since the company’s founding in 1998. Costs of the deal were not disclosed.
Novatech, formerly named NovaCopy, is backed by Trivest Partners, a private equity firm.
The company’s M&A deals have produced impressive results. Novatech has likely pushed beyond $100 million annual revenue, according to the company, though profit figures are undisclosed. Novatech provides managed IT and print services to its clientele from 13 different branch offices across the southern United States.
Novatech will leverage DynaSis’ managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions expertise as it continues its expansion plans into new markets, the company said.
Novatech will retain the DynaSis office and staff of 39, which are located in Alpharetta, Georgia, the company said.
DynaSis founder Dave Moorman will become President of Novatech’s Managed IT Services, while DynaSis Principal and Executive VP, Chas Arnold, will move over to Novatech’s VP of Managed IT Services position, the company announced.
