Techvera Acquires MSP Division of Cima Solutions Group

Techvera, an IT support company from North Texas, has acquired the managed IT service division of Lewisville, Texas’ Cima Solutions Group. The deal will be official on July 1. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Techvera had 13 employees ahead of the deal. The combined company will have about 18 employees. Techvera also gains about 20 managed clients, CEO Reese Ormand explained to ChannelE2E.

Under the deal, Cima Solutions Group will continue to manage government, education, and enterprise clients. Cima CEO John Alday  shifts to an advisor role  during the transition and beyond, the company said.

Ormand commented on the deal:
