Dataprise, now owned by private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners, will soon be looking to make strategic acquisitions to expand both its geographic reach and service line capabilities, CEO David Eisner tells ChannelE2E.
In a brief email exchange, Eisner noted that Dataprise has grown organically over the past two decades -- and now employs more than 300 people.
That growth has involved growing expertise in multiple vertical markets. Eisner notes:
"Dataprise has established proficiencies in multiple vertical specializations such as the legal, non-profit, financial, health care and manufacturing sectors. The company will certainly be seeking to partner with other successful MSPs with similar capabilities."
Dataprise also has managed security services expertise. Indeed, the company landed on MSSP Alert's Top 200 MSSP list for 2019.
The Dataprise-Trinity Hunt deal was the fourth M&A transaction that ChannelE2E covered in 2020. See complete M&A deal list here.
