Novatech has acquired Consolidated Copier Services (CCS) of Conyers, Georgia. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition furthers Novatech's efforts to build a nationwide managed print services (MPS) provider that also offers cloud, IT monitoring and equipment services.
Novatech, formerly named NovaCopy, has been active on the merger and acquisition (M&A) front. The Nashville, Tennessee-based company has acquired 13 businesses -- including five over the past two years. Trivest Partners, a private equity firm, is Novatech's financial backer.
The results sound impressive. Novatech has pushed beyond the $100 million annual revenue mark, the company says, though profit figures are undisclosed. The company has 13 branch offices across the southern United States, offering managed IT and print services to its clientele.
