American Computer Consultants Inc. (ACCi) has acquired the NetGain Technologies of Alabama location. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal involves NetGain's Birmingham location along with that office's customers and MSP contracts. Senior systems engineer Bobby Davis also joins ACCCi.
The deal does not include the broader NetGain business, which is headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky and has roughly 150 employees and locations in several states, according to NetGain's company's website.
ACCi, founded in 1989, has 17 employees. The Birmingham, Alabama-based MSP specializes in network infrastructure, systems integration & support, software development, security, Internet services, datacenter, and VOIP solutions.
“As this opportunity presented itself, we felt it was a good match for the type of clients we have and the services we offer,” said Bobby Welch, president of ACCi. “We are excited about delivering our managed IT services with expanded local technical resources to our new clients.”
